Meet Judy Moncrief, Human Resources Manager/Consultant

She’s an expert with more than 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional including employee relations, benefits administration, workers’ compensation administration, payroll and compensation.  She’s started up the HR function in a variety of industries and has served in a human resources capacity in companies from 55 to 1,000 employees. She’s also saved organizations tens of thousands of dollars by implementing new payroll procedures, redesigning and renegotiating company-wide employee benefits and securing training grants for Six Sigma.

A native of Hamilton Square, New Jersey, Judy Moncrief lived in Florida for 10 years, opened and ran a yoga studio in Oregon for 2 years and returned to New Jersey in 2015, when she started working for CLEAR.

Q. Why do you think a PEO is so important for businesses?
A. Because we help businesses focus on what they do best.  We can take the burden off of the client for most HR-related concerns.

Q. What do you love most about your job?
A. I love the people I work for and with, and that CLEAR uses my strengths to better serve our clients. I also love the flexibility of work/home life balance.

Q. What do you do in your spare time?
A. I practice and teach yoga, hike & bike NJ/PA/NY and spend time with my three daughters and their families, and of course, my grandson!

Q. Tell us a fun fact about yourself
A. I’ll tell you three: I love to country line dance and was on a performing team in Florida; I used to play accordion, piano and viola and my favorite yoga pose is headstand!
