Louis Hayner is a serial entrepreneur and growth-oriented executive. Working as Chief Revenue Officer at Clear Employer Services allows Louis to fulfill his passion for commercializing business plans, growing/scaling organizations through channel partners, and building world class organizations.

With multiple past successful exits, Louis is very familiar with the entrepreneurial journey. One of his past exits was as a founder of a Philadelphia based technology company Alteva formerly listed on the NYSE as ALTV, which he successfully exited in 2011 for 17 times EBITA. During his tenure at Alteva as Chief Revenue Officer, he played an instrumental role in leading the effort to build a corporate strategy that delivered 65% annual average growth rate, while maintaining a less than 1% customer churn rate.

Louis holds a degree in Biology from Widener University where he played tight end for the football team and was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. Louis resides in South Jersey with his wife and two sons. During the summer, you can find him down the shore in Long Beach Island. He is an avid Eagles fan. He is also passionate about CrossFit, reading history books, and is a member of the Union League.
